Mary has served as President of the Skagit County Multiple Listing Service in 1996, Chairman of the Education committee in 1989 and 1990, and on every standing committee from communications, grievance, professional standards, commercial, and government affairs giving her a well rounded experience base to draw from. Married to her partner and husband, John, since 1970, they enjoy motorcycles, traveling, and relaxing at their cabin on the Skagit River. Their "children" at home are Sheba and Samantha, Siamese litter-mates.

Rosey Fay Parker grew up locally here in Skagit County. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1993 and from Skagit Valley Community College in 2002 through the Paralegal program earning her Associates Degree as a member of Phi Theta Kappa.

She has over eight years experience in the real estate field in many different capacities. After graduating from college, she worked three years as a legal assistant at a local real estate/estate planning attorney. After that, she worked for over four years with a local Real Estate Appraisal Firm. After taking time off for maternity leave, she decided to work locally here in Sedro-Woolley with A.R.E. Realty, Inc. Shortly thereafter, she pursued getting her real estate license. However, busy with two small children and a full time job as office manager and administrative assistant to Mary Arendse, she let her license go and it is now in-active. In addition to being the office manager, she is also a Notary Public as well as a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. Rosey is very savvy with the computer and online property research and is very knowledgeable in short sales and bank owned properties. Also having a background in appraisals, she is very good at finding out what your property is worth "realistically." She enjoys working with people and is the smiling face when you walk in our office or friendly voice on the phone when you call. Rosey is always at the office to help, even if your agent is out!

Her hobbies include the outdoors, Zumba (Vivaz Fitness Baby!), soccer, spending time with her family, photography, and continuing to gain knowledge in the real estate field.
